Mindful Diversity is a mindfulness-based framework for clinicians to navigate difference

Clinicians can both learn a versatile framework and receive CEs (continuing education credits) for their licenses.

The Mindful Diversity framework utilizes mindful awareness to see and understand the ways in which our implicit biases and old beliefs hijack our higher functioning, polarizing and separating us from each other. Cutting-edge neuroscience and social psychology are used to explain why prejudice, stereotyping and discrimination occur. You will learn to practice compassionate communication that lowers the defenses of all parties and turns difficult conversations into opportunities for connection.
